When you face any academic stage, it is very important to understand that when you study is very fundamental to have the correct motivation and the experience we have about the previous ones. It is not about going to the school or to the university, during the whole learning process, it will be necessary bear in mind the different options that will help you to achieve the wished goals.

The first step is the motivation. When you start the elementary school stage, logically the first ones that take the decision to register children in a school are the parents. They know the importance of this stage and of obtaining this knowledge. The parents have the best motivation for the beginning of this stage and it is what they must inculcate to their children, however they are small, they can manage to understand this new stage.

In order that the children come to their first day of classes with the correct motivation, it is necessary the advice that they receive of their parents and the influence of the most nearby persons. If the friends of the child or his relatives think that the school is bored or the tasks are very complicated, so, logically the influence for the child is negative and his interest this first day of classes will diminish.

As well as also the expectations that he has for this new learning. Because or this, the education with the children has to be developed in agreement to the age of each one of them and to their needs. The classes, certainly, have to be very dynamic and however many courses are difficult; teachers have to offer the tools to the students to solve the tasks without any problem.

Every day of classes is totally different and, therefore, the experiences also are new. The education of every experience will be fundamental in the future decisions of the student. The important thing is to understand that in every experience we must extract learning, positive or negative. It will allow analyzing very well the diverse options that they have later.

Likewise, as the student is growing, the motivation also changes. In the children, the beginning of the school represents to know new friends and to take part with them in different activities, especially in entertainment. For the teenagers, the study represents to obtain knowledge increasingly complicated and the beginning of a new stage in the life.

So, it will be vital that his formation must be positive. That way, in the different changes that child experiments, they will always extract an education that will serve them to confront other challenges. The mistake is that the majority of the students are pushed about the importance of going to the school. But, they got bored for them studies because they do not experience directly the importance of coming to the school.

When they realize the need to learn, then, newly they will be conscious that studying is one more than activity, but very important for the development of a person and the achievement of his goals.
